What can I return?
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by TemiArt within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. During the holidays, items shipped by TemiArt between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.

When will I get my refund?
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.

Does TemiArt offer replacements and exchanges?
Yes, you can create replacement and exchange orders from this page by clicking Return Items and following the instructions. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item. If you would like to exchange an item for another, you can exchange for a different size or color or for an item in your Cart.

Q: How can I track my Order?
Order Confirmation Emails
Immediately after you have successfully placed your order on our website, you will receive an e-mail that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt; please feel free to print it for your records. The e-mail includes your order number, the details of the products, prices, quantities, promotional information, payment method(s), your shipping and billing addresses as well as the shipping method you selected.

Canceling & Modifying Orders
TemiArt order process is automated to distribute products quickly and accurately. We apologize but once the order has been placed it can NOT be cancelled.

What forms of payment do you accept online?
For online order payment, we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and TemiArt gift cards that include a pin code.
